If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

All applications submitted through the Platform are subject to the eligibility criteria and evaluation processes established by the LEHSFF·CAFI programme. By submitting an application you acknowledge and agree that:
LEHSFF·CAFI is committed to protecting your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as described below and in our Privacy Policy.

It may be shared with authorised programme partners, funders (including CAFI), and regulatory bodies as required by law or programme governance obligations. All data is stored securely and retained for a period not exceeding seven (7) years following the conclusion of the programme, unless otherwise required by law.

All content, design, software, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of LEHSFF·CAFI or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property contained in your application submissions. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant LEHSFF·CAFI a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to:
You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without explicit written permission from LEHSFF·CAFI.
Enterprise Support Organisations (ESOs) approved to participate in the programme accept additional obligations over and above the general terms applicable to all users:

LEHSFF·CAFI reserves the right to amend programme requirements, timelines, and deliverables at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes through the Platform and by email.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LEHSFF·CAFI, its officers, employees, agents, and funders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
LEHSFF·CAFI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Data associated with your account will be retained in accordance with our data retention policy described in Section 5. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Lesotho. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Lesotho.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of no less than thirty (30) days following written notice of the dispute.
